Having Fun on the Louisiana Marsh Despite the BAD Weather!!

 

Whoo, we haven’t been blessed with the best weather the past week on the Louisiana marsh making it a bit tough for guiding fly fishing trips. Even though we have been grinding the weather out, there are tons of red fish as long as we have an opportunity to see them. When conditions are tough there are still tons of things to do in New Orleans and with Mardi Gras in session things are a mad house in the city!! Louisiana Fly Fishing!!

 

The fishing has been a little tough the past week in the Louisiana marsh due to the challenging conditions we have been faced with. Clouds, wind, and rain are a fly fisherman’s worst nightmare but we have been pushing through it. When A fish makes a mistake in the shade or the sun finally pops out we have been getting a pretty good amount of shots at these monster Louisiana red fish.
